At first it was a bit odd seeing their slogan "Make Tea not War" as it was rather English since we Brits are serious tea drinkers and constantly putting the kettle on.Teas in HK are very different, they have to be fancy influenced by Taiwan such as fruit teas, floral teas etc whereas we drink straight teas or special tea blends. At Slluks T2, it is totally different because it is a comic themed drinks parlour with Tea, Fruit Teas and Coffee. It is definitely a joint for guys to hang out being loca

At Slluks T2, it is totally different because it is a comic themed drinks parlour with Tea, Fruit Teas and Coffee.
It is definitely a joint for guys to hang out being located near CTMA where all the comics and toys are.
When I first heard of Slluks, I was like why that name as it didn't sound like any language.
It turns out that [Slluks] read backwards is [skulls] which is the comic theme there.
In the comic, the goodies wear the skull upside down whereas the baddies wear the skull the right way up.
Moving on to the drinks, there are straight teas, teas with different foam milk caps, fruit teas, smoothies, Nitrogen Ice Teas etc.
For me, I opted for the Nitrogen Iced Coffee which is such a head turner especially in Mong Kok.
Passers by are really falling for it and thinking hey this girl has walked off from a pub with a beer in a hand!
The nitrogen coffee comes out just like beer with all the bubbles and this lovely frothy cap on top and stays there for a bit too.
I don't often drink coffee but I really liked this one as the frothy cap helped to make it smooth and it wasn't too strong.
When you have finished with the drink, the beer mug is all yours!
I can't wait to come back as they also have a German Raspberry Tea in the N2 series and they have all these different flavoured foam caps like chocolate, strawberry and banana !
