Celebrating traditional Japanese culinary excellence for more than 190 years,   Nadaman partnered with the Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Export Promotion Division at Fukuoka Prefectural Government to launch the all-new lunch bento, lunch set and dinner kaiseki, which is co-curated by Chef Koyama from Island Shangri-La and Chef Tsuji from Kowloon Shangri-La.

Featuring Hakata Jidori chicken, Hakata Amaou strawberries and the finest ingredients including Wagyu, Giant Yellowtail and the premium Yamecha tea prepared in different ways, the menus are available from 16 January to 28 February 2023 at Nadaman in both hotels.
