Was walking around Central on a Sunday when this caught my eye. Very quaint outdoor seating tucked away from the escalator.Staff was unbelievably friendly and helpful guiding us through the menu as I wasn't particularly familiar with the cuisine. I can now proudly say I love philipinno/indo cuisine after trying the palabok, signature pork neck, and the sizzling pork sisig. I can now proudly say I love philipinno/indo cuisine after trying the palabok, signature pork neck, and the sizzling pork sisig. The pork neck was honestly the best I've ever had with an outstanding balance between fattiness and crispiness. We also went a bit overboard and also ordered some fritters and they were also delicious.
