The problem is akaline gives a very unpleasant taste and it takes a lot of time and experience to eliminate that). The noodles🍝did not stick together because a bit porl lark was added in. The chef had perfectly controlled the use of pork🐷lark, not too oily, successfully avoid the noodles🍝sticking with each other and gave a pleasant pork🐷aroma. Hats🎩off to the Master Chef👏

- Ox🐮Bone🦴Raddish Soup is always a soothing comfort food to me. This one has a thin texture but strong Ox🐮Bone🦴Flavor with the sweetness from the Raddish. Even the diced spring onions were fresh and unleashed strong aroma
