I guess the fame of the Italian Pastry Master👨🏻‍🍳behind this cafe has proven its popularity in HK for its rapid growing. And I was captivated by all the good words of their extraordinary 𝗟𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻 𝗧𝗮𝗿𝘁. I was so ready to be mind blown but that’s not quite my case. That was a solid lemon tart but nothing wow in my opinion. You can find similar quality in many hotel🤔 The jam filling was pleasant but I do not find it necessary for that extra layer. You may try and tell me your thought🧐But I did find a

 I got raisin rum and pistachio flavours and both were exceptional. The texture was 100% same as those in Italy🇮🇹 It was rich and thick but smooth at the same time. The flavours were outstanding and long lasting. Super satisfying as if I got a short trip to Florence. I would highly recommend you to try out their gelato. Take away will do just fine if their queue is long👍🏼
