A casual lunch alone today. Found it from openrice says it serves all day breakfast and i should have a try. There were a few combination of eggs, hash brown, salmon, salad etc. i picked Set B which got egg benedicts, salad, 2 hash browns n a drink. It was quite cold outside but i was tempted by the fresh lime soda. I was the only person there. All food are freshly cooked but just took 10-15 mins wait, its efficient. I like the potato salad, The taste mixed so well. But when i first glanced at the benedict, i didnt feel its rite. Its painted with lines of american mustard..... I think egg benedict should always go with hollandaise sauce....? Actually despite the sauce, everything else was fine. The egg yolk was half cooked, the muffin was lightly grilled, the size was fine too. But really its the sauce i was disappointed.
Only the set i have tried but not the other chef recommendations. Overall i think its so-so but could come bck again one more time, give it another try. Maybe, its just the mustard sauce, Maybe.
