With no expectations I went with my friends to this new burger place in Wan Chai.Entering the place it looks like a standard fast food restaurant. However the prices are about 3 times of McDonalds, so my expectations for a good quality burger grew.I took the Caliburger menu, which is basically a double cheese burger with fries and a soda. I took the Caliburger menu, which is basically a double cheese burger with fries and a soda. There is a choice of 2 different types of union (I choose raw union).
From my seat I could see the open kitchen and saw that burgers are really cooked and are not warmed up.
After a short time waiting the burgers arrived.
The taste of the meat was blend and the bun was soggy. There is actually not much more to say about this burger.
Overall I paid HK$ 98 for the meal which is about triple of McD. Next time I just go to McD or find a real burger place if I want a quality burger which is worth $ 100.
Note: there are mobile phone charging cables at your table in case you are not coming for the burgers!
