Mediocre food, horrible service

I have been to this restaurant for more than 10 times just because it is close to where I live. Their service baffles me every timeI visit. Always miss some order, deliver wrong food, and today, they suggested me to order drinks to enjoy their 1 plus 1 promotion. I was with my friend so thought getting an extra drink for free is a fair deal so we ordered glasses of wine. Later, they came to me with two more glasses of wines we did not order, explaning that to enjoy 1 plus 1 promotion, we have to

I have been to this restaurant for more than 10 times just because it is close to where I live. Their service baffles me every timeI visit. Always miss some order, deliver wrong food, and today, they suggested me to order drinks to enjoy their 1 plus 1 promotion. I was with my friend so thought getting an extra drink for free is a fair deal so we ordered glasses of wine. Later, they came to me with two more glasses of wines we did not order, explaning that to enjoy 1 plus 1 promotion, we have to order each drinks per person. There was a friend walked in late and they forced us to order one more drink not properly explaning the rule written in the corner of the happy hour drink menu. We would not order drinks if they explained us the rule before we make the order, but their non-english speaking employees didnt even bother explain or ask our opinion on it. This is not the first time their incompetent staff let us down. One more example is they charged us for a cold tab water not explaining that they charge for the water. I can list many other examples . Food is good but I lost patience on this restaurant's service and I will not visit here again.
