Came by for mid-afternoon dessert the other day due to the heat and humidity.Surprisingly, the steps to the process were to order at the counter and the staff would make and bring the dessert to your table.The Mango Pomelo Tapioca Dessert was mediocre at best. The top of the dessert was rather bland and the bottom was too strong...maybe I should have stirred it a bit before eating? There were a few huge pieces of very fresh and ripe mango. The dessert itself wasn't too sweet but wasn't super smo
