The hot Matcha drinks are of very unique blends, the different concoctions are not sweet, not too milky (it is comforting to know that they only use soy milk in these matcha beverages, the additional tinge of soy adds to the unique taste and also, a relatively healthy touch) and very fragrant.
There are chopped chestnuts on the foam of the Matcha Genmaicha tea and adds a twist to the smoothness of the milk tea. Even without drinking, the fragrance is captivating enough.
The Angel cake is superb, simply because the whole cake oozes with the taste of matcha. I am not a lover of cakes with cream, so I was relieved to find that the cake was not overwhelmed by cream and the cream is matcha-infused, it is very delicious. The cake was finished in no time.
The Matcha Brownie's aroma was smelt even before you see it. Not an exaggeration at all. The moment you pour the Matcha sauce over the Vanilla ice-cream and the brownie, the sizzling sound added on to how appetising the dish already looked. A bite into it confirmed the taste of the dish. This is a definite MUST-EAT! This matcha brownie already got me wanting more before i even left the place. And the best thing is, you do not need to wait long for it to be served.
Yet, there is one minus point! The ladies serving are no doubt nice girls, but tend to be a little forgetful. My friend and I changed places, and due to this, the lady serving was confused and thought all our orders were served. We ended up waiting for almost an hour just to wait for our orders to be served, even though we have informed the moment we changed places, and reminded them twice during our wait. They are however pardonable because of the pleasant attitude.
If you would like to have a nice place to chill in the midst of an idle afternoon, this might be a good place to visit.
