I’ve heard about this Michelin-recommended dessert place for over a year, and finally i paid a visit recently!-First, I had a cup of matcha beautifully topped with whipped cream. I’d say the matcha flavour is too mild to my liking, and the milk itself is too watery as well.-I’m so amazed by this mango napoleon cake! It’s more like the Italian version, mille foglie, which has layers of puff pastry and whipped cream, topped with fresh mango cubes. There’s also a scoop of mango ice cream next to it

I’m so amazed by this mango napoleon cake! It’s more like the Italian version, mille foglie, which has layers of puff pastry and whipped cream, topped with fresh mango cubes. There’s also a scoop of mango ice cream next to it, which I dipped the cake into the ice cream to create a fulfilling mix of texture of crunchiness and softness. I really love how delicate, light and flaky the puff pastry is such that I wouldn’t feel that I’ve consumed a lot of butter afterwards!
