Congratulations to @both_street - newly awarded #bibgourmand by @michelinguide #2022 for producing outstanding street food. Here they attract an hour-long queue with their “gua-bao” 刈包sandwiches! “傳統刈包加柚子醬” Originated from Taiwan, this “Traditional Gua Bao” includes marinated pork belly, pickles, peanuts and coriander plus yuja sauce. The bun was super soft and sweet, pork was well seasoned with ingredients that couldn’t go wrong.“菠蘿炸雞刈包”Another smart recipe is “Pineapple Fried Chicken Guabao”.
