🇭🇰Michelin recommended restaurant in Landmark (Michelin 1-star 2015, 2016 & 2017) Was so excited to try their pasta 😍*Classic Carbonara Tangilette $210* Wagyu beef bolognese Tangilette $240* Estiva -Parma ham, rocket, shaved parmesan $260Overall the dishes were really good- apparently they’re cooked to al-dente but it was bit too dry and hard for us, the carbonara sauce was thick, cheesy and perfect with the ham bits. All the pasta was covered fully by the sauce.The pizza was surprisingly gooood

The pizza was surprisingly gooood, super crispy crust and I loved the parma ham combo 🍕
