People said this shop is famous for the steam rice rolls and awarded Michelin Stars. Ordered 3 dishes to try. 招牌第一拉腸The ingredients is 菜甫 and 豬肉. The rice roll sheets were smooth, thin and elastic. The taste was sour, not sure because of the 菜甫 but I don't like taste of it.Steamed turnip cake and green bean dumplingTurnip cake was soft and elastic. Would be better if the soy sauce came in a separate plate. The dumpling rice was very soft and salty.Would like to come back to try other rice rolls.
