Passed by Tsuta Ramen on a rainy day and pop nside the store as the queue is short. Curious by the Michelin Star slogan outside the store, we ordered the 鹽味拉麵 and 味增湯拉麵. Personally highly recommend 鹽味拉麵； the soup is very clear but the taste is complicated. I was surprised by the way of matching of the mint leaves and truffle. The two favours match so well and making me feel so refreshing. This impressed me so much as it is so different from the traditional taste of Ramen soup. Pork dice is also

Pork dice is also a good choice especially for fatty meat lover like me.
