A hint of lemon simply brings out the sweetness on the grilled tiger prawns and slows down our hectic working pace. It would be even better if the cooking time can be shortened ( the meat is a bit overcooked...)

Grilled rib eye steak has become our favourite main, in perfect pink that packs a ton of flavour ( and it pairs magically well with cocktail!) We are quite surprised that we can tuck ourselves into food in great quality at a bar.

If you want something meatless, roasted beetroot salad can be a welcome change. Refreshing and delicate fruits, with a light touch of citrus.
