Worst experience: misleading restaurant with bad serviceWe tried to get the window seat by booking online with the remark.They claimed they have called us to confirm that window seat is not available but we had never received any call from them.That was weird but ok as the window seat was not the deal breaker to us in the first place.Once we are seated, it took them forever to place the order. We tried to get the window seat by booking online with the remark.
They claimed they have called us to confirm that window seat is not available but we had never received any call from them.
That was weird but ok as the window seat was not the deal breaker to us in the first place.
Once we are seated, it took them forever to place the order. (They changed a few people to serve us but never take the order)
Then when I asked about the buy 1 get 1 free deal for drink, I were told that it is buy 1 get 1 free and free the lowest price of THAT set if we pick different drinks.
The food was average and nothing worth to mention. We ordered 2 sets of drinks and expected 2 set of buy 1 get 1 free drinking pair.
But when we tried to settle the bill, we then found that only the cheapest drinks were waived after the service charge. We tried to ask why it was the case. Instead of explaining, they accused us that they told us in the first place.
It was not about the money but the shxty attitude. First of all, we were not told that way and were mislead. And even when we asked, we were being accused. I am writhing here to let everyone know that intentional misleading deal with the worst customer service. And if you decide to have that, please go ahead and be my guest.
