Lured to this place for the crawfish. order three different crawfish dishes, spicy, garlic and on ice with some kind of liquor. It blew me away, in the bad way! How can crawfish taste so dull and texture so waxy?! It is totally not worthy considering the price.To the regular sichuan dishes, the only credit I give is on the names of the dishes. My suggestion, keep walking and look for an authentic sichuan restaurant, and try crawfish in China, e.g. Beijing or Wuhan.
