Eric Kayser is my favourite place for good bread. When entertaining guests, I would drive from Kowloon to HK Island for the bread, and it was worth the trip. (The TST Eric Kayser closed, so no more Eric Kayser on the Kowloon side.)And their best bread, I'm sorry to say, I don't even know the correct name & spelling. It's something like "Asgas". It is a large rectangular, crusty bread. It's good for mussels, cheese fondue, for just by itself.I was shocked to fine that they don't make it anym

I was shocked to fine that they don't make it anymore. The staff said their machine broke and they don't have plans to make it any more.
Please bring it back. It was the best bread in HK. I promise I'll remember the correct spelling in the future. I just need to see it again on the shelves and I'll memorize the name.
