When it comes to Cha Chaan Teng’s comfort food, Luncheon Meat with Fried Egg on Rice is one of the best choices, and you can never really go wrong with the dish. However, luncheon meat on its own can be a little boring, try this upgraded Truffle Luncheon Meat for an extra HK$12.

The classic hotdog with a local twist, instead of using the classic pickle relish, they use the sweet and sour sauce with bell peppers, onions. I was really pleasantly surprised how this hotdog turned out!
