Hong Kong Disneyland recently has a Guest Chef Co-lab set dinner with their desserts featuring Momentous. However, paradoxically, if you have the dinner, you won't be able to watch the show. So back to the dinner itself. We initially booked the dinner for 8pm since they only opening booking for 6pm and 8pm. So back to the dinner itself. We initially booked the dinner for 8pm since they only opening booking for 6pm and 8pm. We arrived around 6:30pm and in view they were not fully booked, we could have our dinner.
The first glass of Riesling is for the seafood dishes. The abalone had a nice spicy kick to it while the fish maw and scallops was presented as innovative twist like the three fried stuff treasures. The soup was really aromatic from mushrooms and pear.
The star seafood came and the lobster was springy and the truffles did not overpower the dish.
The second glass of wine came and the pinot noir was definitely a great match for the Lamb.
The orange cream and perilla sauce made the lamb really aromatic and the lamb bun was juicy. The fried rice was rich without being oily and the purple cabbage further reduced any oiliness of the dish.
The dessert came and despite there are 2 desserts, the blueberry puff was definitely the star.
