There are two components to an authentic Italian pizza - Ingredients and Oven.
1. Ingredients: Motorino only uses the finest Italian imported ingredients. From the Tipo 00 flour, San Marzano tomatoes, Parmigiano-Reggiano of Reggio Emilia, and extra virgin olive oil. Motorino delivers on all counts and the combination of these fine ingredients is irreplicable.
2. Oven: As any pizza enthusiast will tell you, there is only one oven maker worthy of producing authentic Italian pizza - a custom built Stefano Ferrara Forni. The 90-second ultra high heat baking process delivers the signature blistered crust, with a soft and chewy texture inside. Buonissimo! 😋
