為鼓勵食肆透過提供食物份量選擇和採取減少廚餘措施，與顧客共同從源頭減少廚餘，環境保護署推出了「咪嘥嘢食店」計劃，參與食肆如符合評核準則將獲「咪嘥嘢食店」認可資格和獲發「咪嘥嘢食店」的標誌及標貼，以供張貼於店舖內和宣傳，供顧客識別。此計劃全年均接受申請，申請費用全免。

Floor service absolutely terrible. We made a reservation for 11 people via chope at 7pm yesterday at their lockhart road branch. Staff couldn't find the reservation on your system, the good thing is we still came early and seats are still available for arrangement. We could've let it go since its just a small issue, but seeing your staffs that are incapable of handling such simple tasks leads to disappointment. One of our friend ordered a coke and apparently the glass's stem broke once it was li

We could've let it go since its just a small issue, but seeing your staffs that are incapable of handling such simple tasks leads to disappointment. One of our friend ordered a coke and apparently the glass's stem broke once it was lifted. We called for table service, and your staff just stared in awe asking how did it break. In shock, the other staff came in with the phrase "what the f*ck...how". Instead of cleaning up immediately, they're still figuring out how the hell happened. YOU DON'T TALK ABOUT THIS IN FRONT OF YOUR GUESTS. My friend and I just can't bare to watch and just told the both of them the glass could've just came from a hot wash and you guys poured ice on it. Clearly shows that these guys "lack F&B experience and training". 

Giving complimentary peanuts with the phrase "these are free" are completely unnecessary. Know when to entertain and communicate and know when to give space. Be more attentive to your sections assigned especially on a non busy time.
