I Don‘t dine out so often as i would reather ave homemade lunch box in weekdays.Friday is my only day that i would explore the food world around my office.As don‘t have much ideas in mind and my colleagues recommendation, he said this shop offer nice beef tendon. I just ordered a radish eith beef tendon noodles and is hkd35.
Iwas suprised of their packing since they separating the noodle and the soup. I know is not ecofriendly but i think this is the correct way to keep the noodle testure.
The radish was quite big and it absorb all the soup..wow..The tendon was nicely done that is truely full of coleagen that makes my lips sticky haha.But i am disappointed for the MSG. I understand MSG can enhance the food taste but is always bad for the body.
I felt quite thristy after this meal and this soup just ruin the impressive comment for this noodle.
I truely hope that they can concern to add less MSG in the noodles.
