It was not a very busy afternoon and believed that the barista was having some hard time on dealing with the beverage and cake order. It took 30mins to serve a “Cappu”latte and a cake which can be taken directly from the fridge.The table was rocking, and no drinking water was served. Staff was walking around and it would be nice if they could proactively inform the waiting time instead of letting the guest just sit there and looking around.
