Not the most health-conscious person I admit, but the hummus spread at Rise by classified really attracted me. The hummus dish is inspired by other veggies, namely carrots, beetroot and green peas, corresponding to the orange 🧡, purple 💜 and green 💚 colours from the plate.Love how the dish is drizzled with olive oil on top and garnished with The warm baguette loaf was an amazing accompaniment to the hummus dips. Love how the dish is drizzled with olive oil on top and garnished with The warm baguette loaf was an amazing accompaniment to the hummus dips. Love the crispy exterior but the chewy interior! The green pea hummus spread tasted the most prominent, but frankly speaking all three were equally good.
The cute coffee art also warmed my heart - the mocha provided the caffeine ☕️ I desperately needed at noon and the cocoa 🍫 with the warming properties.
Chouquettes to sum up the meal 😋😋, these mini bites are light yet tasty.
V tempted to try out their pastries next time 🥐🥯🥖, I insist on having there whilst they’re still fresh, as the baguettes that were served warm for the hummus spread were exceptional.
