i grew up here - my favorites over the years are the barbecue (bulgolgi) beef and pork. barbecue platters are awesome for sharing too.for vegetarians i strongly recommend the 9-grain rice that comes with a veggie platter and doenjang. it was my favorite for a while - had it 3 times a week and still couldn't get enough of it!a stir-fried dish that i recommend is the spicy cuttlefish. it's spicy but not overly so, with a hint of sweetness too - i would say the flavors are just right. have not tri

pancakes (pajeon) are good but may be a bit small? i think they come in 2 sizes - i always order the bigger one!
oh and they always serve the same dessert - vanilla ice cream that's cube-shaped. it tastes the same for 18 years, and in a good way.
service is good but the wait (given its popularity!) can get annoying sometimes. make sure you have time to spare if you plan to eat there without booking. even with reservations it always takes forever to pay the bill.
all in all i'd give it a 95 out of 100!
