I had a very awesome dinner here at shatin chicken congee. The congee itself of course was really good, the congee soaked all the chicken oil which made it contained a really strong taste of chicken. Beside that, i also ordered a couple of deep fried dish which were the oyster cake and the fish stomach. They both tasted really good, but it was a bit too heavy to have two deep fried dishes at the same time since we only had 4 people. So keep in mind that the portion are pretty big. Overall, i rat
