Burns Day is more of a Scottish and then Irish celebration to commemorate the great Scottish Poet Robert Burns and is celebrated on his past birthday. Dickens Bar is naturally British but the kitchen has planned in advance to introduce a 1 night only Burns Supper night for the customers. There are no Tatties here but it was still all decent.. Haggis nowadays are mostly pre-prepared in a sauce casing and sold as is, rather than cooked in an actual lamb’s stomach. This was flavourful and slightly more gamier than my previous review. It was enjoyable. ~ 8.5/10
