Visited for the Cheesy LobsterThe resto's promotion materials emphasize on using 3 kinds of cheese and this is their signature dishYet, the cheesy sauce was way too dry & not creamy enough comparing with Chuk Yuen, the Cheesy #Lobster Master in my mindLobster was not super fresh, bit mushy and not that umamiOther dishes are good yet not stunningThe floor was quite slippy due to the materials chosen and the toilet had a wet floorStaff were not familiar with what wines they are serving
