Was so impressed by the pasta last time! Looking forward what dishes I will have this time! And heard they have a new dish roasted local yellow chicken! Already very excited before arriving Locanda! There’s a great selection of wine. Can always find something you prefer. We had ham platter to start. This is a plate with all my favourite food! Asparagus is super well cooked. The egg add a silky smooth texture. And celtuse! I love this veg and happy to see more and more western restaurants using celtuse.
Porcini soup, topped with mozzarella, potato. I love creamy soup! No one can stand the fragrance of porcini.
Still remember I was so overwhelming (in a good way) by the seafood pasta last time. This pasta is cooked with local clams, Japanese Tuatua, with parsley potato sauce. Pasta is al denté!!!! Clams are so sweet and fresh! I think i can have another plate of this! Pasta here never let me down!
And final main course, is the roasted local yellow chicken I want to try. The chicken is so juicy, moist and tender. Chicken skin is so crispy!
Was talking to my friends about the French Toast at LPM and… surprise!! Didn’t expect chef will prepare french toast for us. Warm toast, crispy outside. And they must have soaked the toast in the egg for sufficient time. This dessert makes me happy
Great wine, great food! Happy me! And i guess one of my friend was a bit drunk! Perfect lunch
