I'm very new to Hong Kong but I have to say that the Luxe is the best restaurant I've been too so far. They treated my wife and I like royalty as soon as we walked through the door. The service was on point and the food was delicious.We started our dining experience with the Kpop tacos. The tacos were freshly made and the sauce was perfect. My dish was the Pappardelle w/ Brisket Ragu. The executive chef, Leo Kam recommended this dish himself. The brisket ragu was flavorful and the pasta was cooked just the way I like it. This is easily one of the top 5 pasta dishes I have ever had.
My wife ordered the fresh off the boat (FOB) steamer. It was a healthy portion of seafood and it was supremely fresh. Her only comment was ... this is absolutely "delectable".
Our only regret from this meal was that we didn't save room for dessert. It was a nice treat that the chef personally came out of the kitchen to check on our dining experience. I will definetely come to the Luxe again.
