My unhappy meal experience

I have been there with my family on this Saturday. There was a kid menu which can let us order Spaghetti bolognese. When we were ordering the Spaghetti bolognese by pointing to that menu, the waitress did not look at that menu, finally the other kind of Spaghetti has been sent to us. When I told them the food was not order and requested them to change, they refused to change and told me the food was already cooked.I felt unbelievable due to their response. I have been there with my family on this Saturday. There was a kid menu which can let us order Spaghetti bolognese. When we were ordering the Spaghetti bolognese by pointing to that menu, the waitress did not look at that menu, finally the other kind of Spaghetti has been sent to us. When I told them the food was not order and requested them to change, they refused to change and told me the food was already cooked.

I felt unbelievable due to their response. Finally, I needed to order again and we order the food more than we need.

I though the food were good but their services especially the time of ordering food need to improve to prevent making any mistakes.

Next time if you would like to come, you need to make sure that you can accept any food which is not correct and order more than you need.
