The service is excellent as in Taiwan, and be frank, such service quality can be rarely seen in Hong Kong and a big applause here. Definitely you can feel the passion and warmth from all staff members the moment you walked into the restaurant. Taste wise however is quite deviated from Taiwan which is a huge discount in the experience. All the food taste different when compared to Taiwan.....perhaps is it the source of the food, or the charcoal? And then it's more smoky in here comparatively.

Overall you just can't find the same excitement as dining with them in Taiwan.
Overall it's not bad if you don't compare with Taiwan one. 努力呀💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
