Lack of specialty snacks in Tin Shui Wai. A small food stall. Not grab-and-go style, more likely a 10-15 minutes wait. Helpers are nice and helpful. Dumplings are juicy, hot, and most importantly, the sauce, that makes the finishing touch and taste "Nepali". 50 dollars a set meal, with a choice of marinated potato or chicken drumstick and a cold drink, worth it.
