god i don't even know where to startchuk yuen, kimberley road is my all time favourite dim sum in hong kongeverytime i come back to hong kong i always make more than one effort to come herehowever this review is from my latest visit...not the first one which was end of jan.there was 5 of us... we sat down by the tv screen at 11.35amwe ordered food...as usually the food was excellent and i love it... however the service was HORRENDOUS!!!oh my god!! i was so close to taking photos of the staff but

we ordered food...
as usually the food was excellent and i love it... however the service was HORRENDOUS!!!
oh my god!! i was so close to taking photos of the staff but my mum stopped me!!!
about 12.30 we ordered extra food because it was so nice...
at 1pm we rushed the waiter not once, twice BUT three times and once to the manager
they even had the cheek to say... what did we order!!
goes to show it was taken into the kitchen
at 1.40 the extra food didn't turn up so we decided to leave, we did complain...
the manager said as a courtesy i'll let you have free dessert
my mum turn round and said dessert is always included!!
who do you think we are!!
and why was the service so rubbish
throughout the 2 hours, two male and the manager KEN was watching HORSE RACING!!!
worse thing was i believe they was gambling... as one regular shouted...
KEN, have you placed your bet!!!
my two cousin who's was the first visit was so put off they refused to go back again
however the food is really good!!!
