I am not sure if this review will get through, very often openrice does not welcome a bad review especially one about service but I will have a go anyway.I wish I have read the comments here about the bad service and arrogance of the waiters at the resaurant before visiting today.We waited at the door for a few minutes waiting to be served but the waiters were too busy to notice. There were several tables available so I just sat down at one of them. i then asked a waiter for a menu and he shout

We waited at the door for a few minutes waiting to be served but the waiters were too busy to notice. There were several tables available so I just sat down at one of them. i then asked a waiter for a menu and he shouted "All the tables are reserved!! you cannot sit down as you like!!". We stood up and walked out of the restaurant and vowed never to return.
If this is my employee, I can tell you I will fire him on the spot. I can get better service at a Dai Pai Dong and I do not pay to be shouted at. it is a pity how employees like this can damage the reputation of an established restuarant.
