Beetroot, goats curd & pomegranate ~~~Checked out @thepawnhk for lunch! I haven't been here ever since Tom Aikens has taken over as culinary director, and while it's a bit pricey at HK$200 for 2 courses (they even charge for bread), the food was very solid for the most part with great plating! The decor is much better than before as it is more open and airy now with natural tones and modern designs.
