The first time I tried dumpling pro was in WC, then they opened another branch in Kowloon and now in SSP.I was surprised they had some comfortable seats at the back.The dandan noodles seem to be new so I ordered them.I found them a bit too sweet and thick because it tasted like thick peanut butter and sweet sesame paste at the bottom.The beef was tender but also quite sweet.The pork knuckles were consistently good, they were soft and spicy topped with delicious black beans and Sichuan peppercorn
