I dare to say here is one of my top two favourtie burger joints in Hong Kong. After opening their first successful branch at IFC Mall Central, Big Fernand has carried on their French burger concept at Causeway Bay, bringing more delicious burgers at this area with cheerful services, lively music, and even fake moustache for fun at the counter. First, the Fernandines, homemade French fries sprinkled with secret seasoning. They are exceptionally crunchy and well-flavored, neglect the dark brown color.
