Went here again because there is a new green tea molten toast.I didn't have to queue because I went in the evening so I got a table pretty easily.On each table, there are some stylish teapots.Ordered the toast and sesame prawn toast.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆sesame prawn toast:The toast was perfectly fried, the prawn paste was a pretty light pink colour and it was pure white which means there are no prawn guts in it.They tasted as good as the ones in the UK.The sesame prawn toast is paired with salad crea

The toast was perfectly fried, the prawn paste was a pretty light pink colour and it was pure white which means there are no prawn guts in it.They tasted as good as the ones in the UK.
The sesame prawn toast is paired with salad cream but personally I prefer a wedge of lemon or ketchup.
I don't normally describe prawn paste as fluffy, but it was light and fluffy because it was like finely chopped pieces of prawn crammed on the toast and then covered with sesame.It tasted good because the prawns were not blended with flour and the small pieces of finely chopped prawn gives it that springy texture and full on pure prawn taste.
