The pork sui mai was huge and very juicy. it is very hard to get that moisture from steamed dim sum nowdays. Usuall ythey are over steamed and they become very dry and hard. 1. 黑魚子花菇蒸燒賣 - this was the best dish. The pork sui mai was huge and very juicy. it is very hard to get that moisture from steamed dim sum nowdays.
