Spent a cozy afternoon with nice brunch in this newly-opened restaurant. Fried Calamari and Shrimp
Fresh calamari and shrimp was covered with a crispy skin.it was not too oily though it was fried. The sauce,aioli, matched so well with the crispy calamari and shrimp. It is an unique sauce that originated from Mediterranean sea and was made of garlic, eggs and olive oil.

Cowboy Breakfast
Very fruitful breakfast with sausages, tomato scrambled eggs,steak and potato bread toast! Grilled with spices,the steak tasted like middle-eastern flavour.The tomato scrambled egg and the potato bread toast were creamy and smooth. this breakfast came with big portion so I was so full after eating it.

Soaked in the lobster bisque, the sea bass came in a more juicy way. Its exquisite fresh was covered by a crispy skin, which gave a dynamic texture.

Pannettone toast and banana
The pannattone is an Italian bread with rough texture.The passion fruit sauce really enriched the tastes as it gave a splash of sourness, which neutralised the sweetness from the banana and cream and thereby balancing the flavour of the dessert.

Pretty appreciate its creativity of breaking down the elements of Tiramisu into different components to be served on a plate. It's indeed a fascinating idea we've never thought about!
