This is my second time to visit Louise, after 4 years. It is still very good! I love it!The first coming is their sourdough bread slice, with their butters. This is my favourite appetizer. I like the toast with it. Also, the terrine is yummy.

Laurent Berrurier iodized flavour beetroot tartar, arugula sorbet
First time to have beetroot tartar. Its sweet. They are coming with the arugula sorbet on the top. Quite good to have it as an appetizer.
Then I ordered smoked organic egg. Its their signature dish. It is made by mashed potato, chorizo, buckwheat and eggs. Super nice. YUM YUM. Super Creamy. I love it sooooooo much!
Brittany blue lobster tart
This blue lobster tart is also super good. Its not a hot dish. The blue lobster is sweet. It served with sweet corn, dry tomatoes and fresh herbs, crustacean dressing.
The main I ordered is Roasted Hong Kong yellow chicken, Niigata rice “en cocotte”
OMG! The yellow chicken is super nice and tender. The skin is crispy.
The rice is nice, which mixed chicken oil and crispy chicken skin.
Desserts: No surprise with their desserts, but not bad
