To end a day perfectly needs dessert! And my nest station is definitly a dessert place!I come at around 6, well... it is too early for dessert time i guess, so there's not much people. And actually i love the intereior design of the dessert place! As you can pick to sit at the table, bar or high table, as long as you find which best suits your need!And the menu also have photos, so make sure you pick the one you like to eat and admire the appearance as well! And the menu also have photos, so make sure you pick the one you like to eat and admire the appearance as well! That is really a sweet act as you know, people are always feeling cool with good looking food and "camera eat first"!
This one is the special beer chocolate mousse! when you first put the mousse into your mouth, there are hints of the taste of the beer and it is not bitter at all. Afterwards, the chocolate joins in and take over the place of the beer. The mousse is very smooth but bear in mind that it is quite a heavy dessert as it contains both high calories chocolate and beer!
I am not very sure what is the milky yellow stuff as it is quite smooth and tasteless actually.
The greentea waffle is crispy exterior and the inside is a little bit too airy for me. I would like it to be more puffy! But actually the greentea taste is quite profound and nice! The red bean on top perfectly balance off the slight bitterness of the greentea! and the strawberry ice cream is nice too!
Here comes the Nogurt mousse! it is like the mousse with lkoads of nuts and the taste of Nogurts are quite strong and rich. The texture of smoothness goes well with the crunchy nuts texture inside!and i love its outlook, rarely willl see that the dessert is composing of square shape which is quite interesting for me and you can observe how they pay attention to the dessert, and not only the taste itself.
This is the strawberry pistachio! The green one is pistachio undoubtedly and the taste is quite nice, as normally i just had pistachhio gelato instead of mousse! and the passion fruit mousse taste nice and i like the raspberries sorbet! but they are like doing well with their own rold instead of a team as as a dish together.
