After checking on the set lunch, we decided to go for a la carte.  

To sample a few of the dim sum, we ordered the signature dumplings trio was quite alright.

The king-sized dumpling served in supreme broth was very nice.  The wrap of the dumpling was very thin while the soup was clear and umami.  The fish maw was surprisingly thick.

The baked stuffed crab shell was superb and worth the money spent.  It was fully packed with crab meat and flavourful.

As compared to the one I had in Summer Palace, this sweet and sour port was far much better, at least the pork was diced in the right size.  I love the fresh pineapple too!

For the carbs, we picked the wok-fried Taiwanese vermicelli with beaten egg, conpoy.  Although it's look was not very appealing, it was well seasoning and not oily at all.
