Went there for dinner on 12 July 2010 before attending a concert at the City Hall with the She Who Must be Obeyed and my little princess. The place was, to my surprise, quite full on that day. We were seated at a small table. The restaurant felt like an old style 茶餐廳 with some old pictures hanging on the walls.Nearly everything on the menu may be turned to set meal with soup and drinks at an additional price of $12. My little daughter ordered prawn linguini in tomato sauce and cream corn soup

Nearly everything on the menu may be turned to set meal with soup and drinks at an additional price of $12. My little daughter ordered prawn linguini in tomato sauce and cream corn soup, to be shared with mom. I ordered a fried seafood basket and onion soup. We were given two free fruit punch. I was told the fruit punch was Monday promotion.
The soup and bread arrived quickly. I did not tried the soup and therefore I have no comment.
We waited for a long time (nearly 20 minutes) and the food eventually arrived. The linguini looked good and tasted good as well. There were, I think, 5 to 6 reasonably big prawns. The sauce was tasty, and not too creamy. The pasta was al dente.
My fried seafood basket was good as well, with two pieces of large fish fillets, two scallops, two shrimps, and a few pieces of squid. Also come with the basket lots of fresh vegetable. However, the food was a bit too oily.
The service was on the low side. The waiters/waitresses were busy walking around, delivering meals but it seems that the restaurant was still short of labour. It took a long time for them to take orders from me, to check my bill, etc. The captain is the most interesting. He worn suit, but a pair of sports shoes.
I ended up paying something like $200. I still think this is value for money, bearing in mind we were in Central.
