Today, I had the pleasure of dining at Chilli Lime, a Pan Asian cuisine restaurant located at Monterey Place in TKO. The experience was delightful, and the food was remarkable.The meal commenced with the Butter Chicken, a classic dish in which tender chicken pieces were enveloped in a rich, creamy tomato-based sauce. Next, I indulged in the Seafood Pineapple Rice. This dish was not just a feast for the taste buds but also a visual delight, served in a hollowed-out pineapple. The rice was infused with the sweetness of the pineapple, and the seafood, which included squid and crab sticks, was fresh and succulent.
