Of particular note was the Cold Creamy Leek Soup; a tasty cold broth poured over smoked Jura sausage and summer black Truffle from the Swiss Alps. The chef clearly takes pride and care in the preparation of the ingredients, the enjoyment and nourishment of his guests. A must try for Hong Kong foodies.
