Having waited in the queue for 10 minutes, I finally got the fish balls (not the big ones, the smaller ones) and the cuttlefish balls. The balls should have been broiled in a soupy broth, and slightly deep-fried. The texture is fine, although it's preferred that the balls could be more crispy. The seasoning is light and it is believed to let the customers have the chance to enjoy the original "fish" or "umami" flavours. The price is reasonable for HKD20 for one stick of fish balls. In my opinion, the cuttlefish balls are much better, but the bean curd puffs stuffed with fish paste may be the best ones there. I tried them once but unfortunately this time they were not available.
